Performance Pro AI ("we," "us," or "our") provides automotive repair shop management software designed to streamline work order workflows, repair estimates, inventory, customer communications, scheduling, and AI-assisted diagnostic guidance. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, handle, store, and safeguard data entered into our platform by automotive shops, service advisors, technicians, and their authorized personnel.

Shop Account & Technician Information

Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, physical address, business tax ID (where applicable), technician profiles, and secure login credentials.

Customer & Vehicle Data

Customer contact information (name, address, phone number, email), vehicle identification numbers (VINs), license plate numbers, odometer readings, vehicle make/model/year, Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), inspection records, service histories, and technician notes.

Billing & Transaction Records

Invoices, labor rates, parts costs, payment statuses, and repair order totals. Payment card numbers are processed directly by PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway providers; Performance Pro AI does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

Technical & Device Telemetry

IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, system logs, diagnostic error reports, and feature usage analytics collected automatically to maintain system security and uptime.

Data Processing via AI Sub-processors

Performance Pro AI integrates specialized, enterprise-grade AI models to analyze repair order notes, decode diagnostic codes, draft customer communications, recommend maintenance intervals, and structure repair estimates.

No Public Foundation Model Training

Your proprietary business operational data, pricing matrices, customer lists, and repair records are not sold or used to train publicly available third-party artificial intelligence models without your express authorization.

Data Transmission

Inputs provided to AI diagnostic or estimating tools are transmitted securely via encrypted APIs and retained solely to deliver and record the requested output.

• To facilitate automotive shop operations, generate repair orders, dispatch technicians, track parts inventory, and issue customer invoices.
• To execute automated customer SMS or email status updates, service reminders, and digital vehicle inspections (DVIs).
• To process diagnostic codes, synthesize technician notes, and provide assistive AI diagnostic suggestions.
• To troubleshoot system bugs, maintain data backups, protect against unauthorized access, and enhance software stability.

We do not sell, rent, or lease shop or customer personal data to third parties or marketing brokers. We share data only with trusted third-party providers under strict confidentiality agreements, including:

• Cloud hosting and encrypted database providers.
• Integrated parts catalog and procurement vendors (solely to source quotes and order components).
• Third-party automotive labor guides, vehicle specification databases, and VIN decoding APIs.
• Transaction processors and payment gateways.
• Regulatory or legal authorities, solely when mandated by enforceable subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

Automotive shops retain full ownership of their customer databases, repair orders, and operational histories. We retain data as long as an active account exists. Upon cancellation or formal written request to contentcraftaiapp@gmail.com, shop owners may export their data. Verified account deletion requests result in the irreversible removal or anonymization of all associated production database records within 30 days, except where retention is required by tax, accounting, or consumer protection statutes.

We implement commercial-grade administrative, technical, and physical protections, including:

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit.
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
• Role-based permissions allowing shop owners to restrict technician access to sensitive customer or financial data.
• Continuous monitoring and automated threat detection.
